(1) If it deems it necessary to acquire any property for the public interest, the Government of Nepal may acquire that property. The number can be determined by the official appointed by the Government of Nepal.

(3) A person who is not satisfied with the number of compensation determined according to sub-section (2) can appeal to the Government of Nepal within 35 days from the date of receiving the notice of the determination and the decision made by the Government of Nepal will be final.

(4) Regardless of what is written above, if the compensation of any property is determined according to the prevailing law, compensation can be given under this Act if it is determined accordingly.
